Join Our Team as an Account Executive!
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to develop and maintain our existing accounts. This role involves significant travel, with an expectation of fieldwork at least four days a week. If you are passionate about sales and customer relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing accounts through regular visits and systematic follow-ups.
- Achieve annual sales targets by focusing on the growth and deepening of existing accounts.
- Introduce and promote innovative ideas and products from our primary vendors and exclusive brands to enhance account loyalty.
- Effectively manage product mix to optimize profit objectives and ensure contract adherence.
- Communicate with clients to share updates on performance, new offerings, and relevant market trends through informal conversations and formal Business Reviews.
- Lead the sales team, including Account Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives, to ensure exceptional service and proactive account management.
- Coordinate with operational and purchasing teams to enhance customer support.
- Monitor accounts receivable targets and collaborate with centralized accounts receivable as needed.
- Assess account compliance with programs and create tailored sales approaches to uncover needs and expand opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive profiles for all accounts, ensuring accuracy in order guides and pricing information.
- Participate in Sales Meetings, Training Sessions, Food Shows, and Conferences as directed by management and customer needs.
- Assist in the set-up and smooth rollout of new accounts as assigned.
