What You Offer

Token is building out our sales team and we’re looking for high-energy and experienced Account Executives. To expand our market reach, we need a skilled professional who can establish strong connections with people and take responsibility for strengthening our customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a track record of enhancing existing relationships, neutralizing competitive threats, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The account executive should also be a proactive and inquisitive member of our sales team, identifying opportunities for customer growth even before they arise. This level of advanced planning and meticulous analysis will drive our company forward. You’ll be working with a strong team that thrives on communication, transparency, and is committed to building a safer, more secure world one ring at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Channel team to build in region pipeline, lead qualified deals and close sales.
  • Actively and intentionally prospect, bringing in new logos and exceeding revenue expectations.
  • Develops sales programs to drive Token solutions and services pipeline in assigned region(s).
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers at the executive level / Economic Buyers, leveraging highly effective communication skills.
  • Ensures strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services.
  • Develops and maintains technical competency in all Token solutions.
  • Analyzes sales records and trends in relation to objectives and competitive activities; takes or recommends necessary corrective action.
  • Develops a Business Plan for area of responsibility that is consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives.
  • Prepares sales forecasts projections monthly.
  • Uses partnership programs to support winning customer engagements.
  • Maximizes the success of our offers through constant customer feedback.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems / complaints.
  • Keeps well informed and educates team on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our primary markets, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • At least five years of related experience required.
  • 10 years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferences :

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
