Medivera Compounding Pharmacy is seeking to add one salesperson to their team. The position will be covering the state of Illinois. Ideally, the successful candidate will be in place early September. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right candidate.

Mission
Increase weight loss drug sales in the territory by $500,000 in 12 months. Establish and strengthen relationships with Urologists, Integrative physicians, and OB / GYNs, which would be secondary but key to long-term growth. This is an existing territory, and you will train under the former account manager.
About You
You are an accomplished salesperson who is comfortable making cold calls to doctor offices. You are able to work out of your home office and are disciplined to prospect and visit customers 80% of the time. You have the ability to prospect on the phone, through email, in person, and at company trade shows in your territory. Knowledge of the compounding industry would be a plus but is not required. Past relationships with Urologists, Integrative, and OB / GYN physicians would give you a leg up on other candidates. You have the ability to navigate small and large physician practices and reach decision-makers. You are a leader and consider your sales territory to be your own business. You have tracked your past sales behavior in an effort to improve yourself. You will be willing to share this information to prove your past performance.
You must have a history of making $80,000 and a need to quickly surpass $100,000. Salespeople who fail to meet our goals will not remain with the company, as our reputation, high-quality products, and exceptional customer service provide ample room for selling.
