A company is looking for an Account Manager (AM) to lead client engagement efforts and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities : Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients through proactive communication and tailored solutionsIdentify and pursue opportunities for business growth and service expansion aligned with client needsCollaborate with sales, project management, and customer success teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure client satisfactionRequired Qualifications : Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent with 3-5 years in B2B account management, preferably in IT solutionsExperience in selling IT solutions, ideally cloud technology, with the ability to align offerings with client needsFamiliarity with CRM and software tools such as AutoTask, Microsoft 365, and HubSpotProven ability to manage client portfolios and sales activities independentlySelf-motivated and results-oriented with the capacity to meet KPIs and adapt to changing tasks
