Required : You must have a minimum of 7 years experience managing accounts in the Revenue Cycle Management space.
Ovation is seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative to own one of our largest accounts to ensure our clients receive exceptional services while supporting our business goals and vision. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with large, multi-facet clients, acting as the primary contact for all Revenue Cycle Management related issues, escalations, account management. They will work closely with one large client account to understand their needs, ensuring that company and client goals are aligned and achieved. By fostering trust and open communication, they will create a positive client experience.
Client Relations
- Ensure that client needs are being met by the company.
- Establish trusted relationships with the client project team, key influencers / stakeholders, and client executive leadership.
- Clearly communicate challenges, shortcomings, and issues to customers by assessing causes and implications, recommending solutions and costs, and encouraging shared problem solving.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision of customer success and regularly report on the status to all key stakeholders.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert assigned to revenue cycle implementations, ensuring contracted deliverables are met in compliance with contractual terms and aligned with company processes.
- This individual will report to the Director of Client Services.
