The Enterprise Account Development Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential enterprise-level clients to drive high-value sales opportunities. This role involves strategic outreach to key decision-makers in large organizations, leveraging research, personalized communication, and collaboration with enterprise sales teams to build relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Your Daily Excellence
- Account Research Development : Research and map target enterprise account to identify key stakeholders within Fortune 500 aerospace manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device innovators
- Regulatory-Aware Messaging : Craft sophisticated outreach that demonstrates a deep understanding of FDA regulations, AS9100 standards, and ISO 13485 requirements
- Executive-Level Engagement : Connect with VP-level and C-suite decision makers who oversee quality, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives
- Utilize SPICED qualification frameworks, understanding regulatory pressures, audit cycles, and compliance modernization initiatives
- Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Directors, and marketing teams to align on account strategies and hand off qualified opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences and webinars to deepen sector expertise
- Leverage HubSpot to maintain detailed account intelligence and opportunity progression
- Track sophisticated metrics, including engagement quality, stakeholder mapping progress, and regulatory event correlation
What Sets You Apart
Preferred Qualifications
$80,000 - $130,000 a year
Base Salary : $80,000 / yr
Commission Opportunity : Up to $50,000 annually
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and HSA.
20 days of paid time off + 9 holidays annually
