TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

Study private and public market potential in Panama / Costa Rica, create a map of key clients and accounts to be targeted, follow-up on healthcare professional interactions in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS).
Understand radiology market and healthcare systems and develop strategies and actions to enter the public market, support preparing bids for key tender opportunities.
Visit key healthcare professionals to present medical and technical benefits of Bayer's contrast media and injector product lines.
Prepare accrual contracts and commercial offers in close collaboration with regional management. Closely work with local with distributors in Panama and Costa Rica on inventories, demand projections and coordinate joint business activities.

WHO YOU ARE

University degree in Administration, Marketing or a medical / pharmaceutical area.

At least 1 year of experience in sales of a pharmaceutical company OR radiology hospital environment (radiographer, radiologist).

Basic English level.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for sales from deal preparation to product delivery to after-sales support.

Personal drive to develop new markets in uncertain and ambiguous environments.

Ability to travel frequently for regional meetings & trainings.
