Entry Level Accountant

The Entry Level Accountant will support the finance and accounting department by performing foundational accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting senior staff with various projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in accounting principles and practices while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain financial documents and records
• Perform data entry for invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Support monthly and year-end closing procedures
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking as needed
• Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
• Help prepare basic financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
