Responsibilities :

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns, tax planning, and research.

2. Coordinate and lead audit processes, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit results.

3. Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and reports.

4. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting processes.

5. Provide expert advice on tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant tax obligations.

6. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, maintaining strong professional relationships.

7. Continuously monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary updates in the company's tax strategies and procedures.

8. Provide training and guidance to junior staff, contributing to their professional development.

Qualifications :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax and audit roles, preferably within the finance industry.

4. Profound knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as audit methodologies and procedures.

5. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.

7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop junior staff.

8. Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant computer applications.

9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax and audit issues.
