Job descriptionPrior experience as a Project Accountant in the construction industry. Experience working for a General Contractor (not a subcontractor). Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency in Excel (including creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, and using formulas). Proficiency in Word. Proficiency in ComputerEase. Knowledge of Procore is a plus. Associate degree or equivalent; 2-3 years of related experience or training; or a combination of education and experience. Capacity to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Skilled in presenting information and responding to management inquiries.
