This individual will serve as an integral team member in support of the Companys Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable services for classified programs and will interact and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. / ppThis position can be filled in Redondo Beach, CA or Falls Church, VA. Working remotely is NOT an option. / ppAll candidates MUST have active Secret / SCI or Top Secret / SCI level clearance to support classified programs. / ppRoles and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following : / pulliInterfacing with internal customers on a daily basis. / liliPlan and process check runs for highly classified vendor payments within compliance of purchase order and invoice terms and per established department policies and procedures. / liliPrepare, review, and submit highly classified customer billings within compliance of contract terms and conditions and per established department policies and procedures. / liliReconciliation of outstanding payables and of aged receivables. / liliMonitors and reports incoming / outgoing cash for classified government contracts, includes providing support for banking / treasury requirements. / liliPrepare post general journal entries. / liliProvide support for multiple types of internal external audits. / liliParticipate in special projects as needed. / li / ulpBasic Qualifications : / ppCandidates will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills during our interview process and provide examples of how they have driven continued success by finding and communicating opportunities for efficiencies and demonstrated problem solving skills in their work experience. / pulliBachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, OR Masters degree in finance, accounting, or related field. / liliProfessional experience in : Balance Sheet review / audit; Billings; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Cash Reporting; Contract Administration, Business Management / liliProficiency in MS Office Suite - specifically high-level Excel skills (including : the ability to insert pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting, etc.); also with Adobe Professional. / liliActive Secret / SCI or Top Secret / SCI level clearance required in order to be considered. Must be able to maintain Government clearance. / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliExperience with : SAP (ECC and / or S4) / liliProfessional experience in the Aerospace Defense industry (specifically government contracting), and within a Financial Services team. / li / ulpPrimary Level Salary Range : $69,000.00 - $103,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
