A leading Fortune 500 manufacturer and recycler of carbon steel products is seeking an Accountant to join its long products division based in West Virginia. The Accountant will support the division’s financial operations by managing fixed assets, tracking cash flow, preparing payroll, maintaining customer credit and profiles, posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with monthly and year-end close activities. The role will also involve preparing internal financial reports, performing variance and cost analyses, and collaborating closely with the Accounting Supervisor and other departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
