Job description

SYNERGY HomeCare Southeast Texas has an immediate opening for a part-time Accounting Assistant. This position is currently

part-time with the potential to grow to a full time position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Accounting Assistant to join our fast growing team dedicated to providing the best non-medical home care to our community.

Qualifications :

  • Customer service skills and positive phone etiquette experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, Power Point, QuickBooks, etc)
  • Well-honed time management skills
  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately input and update data into the company database
  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Organize and maintain files, both digital and paper
  • Assist with other administrative task as needed
  • Generate reports for Accounting Manager
  • This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
