Job description

Accounting Title Clerk Duties and Responsibilities may include a number of the following:

  • Prepare finalized deals for scanning (remove staples, make necessary copies, put everything in order etc.).
  • Scan the whole deal into the system, ensuring that all pages are captured and clear.
  • Maintain an organized work area.
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks.
  • Proactively communicate with your supervisor.
  • Propose solutions and improvements to processes.
  • Answer incoming calls for the dealership.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
  • Accounting Clerk Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively schedule and complete tasks to meet deadlines. CDK experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. unassisted.
  • Availability weekends/nights, based on scheduling.

Job Type:
