Job descriptionContinuous monitoring of Inventory Adjustment and Cost Activity to ensure the accuracy of transactions recorded by Supply Chain and Operations Manage periodic standard cost variance audits comparing standard prices to actual production costs Review the company’s inventory reserves for excess and obsolete inventory reporting Help plan and organize quarterly and yearly physical inventory accounts in a Global setting Assist with the preparation of weekly reporting packages including gross margin analyses and material forecasting Work closely with FP&A, Global Supply Chain Controllership and business leaders to understand any variations in the budgeted operating plan against monthly manufacturing costing Monitor the accumulation of all material costs, direct labor, and overhead expenses Support internal and external auditor requests, M&A integration and ERP implementation Prepare ad hoc analyses and special projects, as requested, to support accelerated growth 5+ years of overall accounting experience within a fast-paced high-growth environment, preferably in public or large pre-IPO companies with a global manufacturing footprint Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or a related field. Understand of standard costing and related variance reporting Experience in SOX control documentation / execution Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Intermediate / advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data Strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills Demonstrated critical thinking capability Process re-engineering involvement and / or process efficiency focus Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail are a must Ability to identify and drive process improvement Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines required Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus Competitive salary and k with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave for all Medical, Dental, Vision plans Fitness Programs Emotional & Mental Wellness support Learning & Development programs And yes, we have snacks in our offices
Your Impact
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong drive and a problem-solving attitude to join our Inventory and Cost Management team. In the role, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from routine to sophisticated analysis and play a critical role in the global inventory and cost of goods sold reporting, resulting in complete and accurate financials. Additionally, you will be working in an agile and innovative environment while establishing relationships within the accounting team and the larger business operations organization (e.g. FP&A, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales, etc.). Exceptional candidates will be critical problem solvers with a focus on implementing process improvements to streamline and scale processes for growth.

What You’ll Do
Financial Close and Compliance :
- Execute the month end close process which includes tasks such as, but not limited to, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and fluctuations analyses
- Upload annual standard costs into the ERP system, assist with new SKU setup and perform recurring BOM reviews
- Ensure complete and accurate results are delivered on time for reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
- Help lead the implementation of best practices on the Procure-to-Pay team to simplify, standardize and scale our business
