This role is essential in providing support across multiple departments, including Estimating, Project Management, Payroll, and HR. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance across various departments, including Estimating, Project Management, and Payroll.
Scan, sort, and route invoices for approval.
Prepare invoices for payment and negotiate credits as needed.
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of credit card transaction records.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
The ideal candidate should possess :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
