Helix Community Schools is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations, including grant accounting, thereby contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations Management : Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and grant accounting processes.
- Grant Accounting Management : Manage all aspects of grant accounting, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, accurate budget preparation, and effective expense tracking.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare, analyze, and present timely financial statements and reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
