Position : Night Auditor

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Services : Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM) assist with check-ins reservations and inquiries.

Night Audit : Prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.

Security : Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.

Reporting : Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.

Collaboration : Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience : 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Education : High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

Skills : Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.

Attributes : Friendly service-oriented with excellent communication and detail-oriented.
