The Opportunity :

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk, an exciting opportunity to be part of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville!

This individual will understand the value of high integrity, critical thinking, and take pride in precision. A passion for finance and accounting, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of financial importance will create a successful candidate for this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Maintain and process a full-cycle accounts payable process including purchase order approval, invoice coding and processing of payment.
• Ensure correct classification of all revenue, including miscellaneous and accounts payable related revenue.
• Good understanding of Month-End Process, including but not limited to preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, maintain reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts in established corporate formats and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Collect / Audit paperwork from all revenue centers in the hotel ensuring accuracy and compliance with Four Seasons’ Internal Controls and local hotel polices.
• Work as the liaison between the Payroll team and hotel with regards to the functions of Income Audit, Accounts Payable and Reconciliation. Additionally, responsible for assisting with month end process and maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
