Day to day as a Accounting Specialist

As a new Accounting Specialist at Palmetto Community Care, you can expect to engage in a variety of day-to-day tasks aimed at supporting the financial operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing financial records with precision. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. You may also assist in preparing monthly reports and analyzing financial data to help guide decision-making.

Your work schedule will be consistently Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life allocation. This structured routine will help you develop a strong foundation in our accounting processes while contributing meaningfully to our mission.
