Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities :

• Manage current licensing programs
• Managing licensed product processes
• Tracks compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements with Licensing Specialists
• Communicates royalty updates with reps and teams
• Create and follow through on status updates for assign licensing projects
• Create & maintain Licensing status reports (New, Renewals, Loss and / or Current Past Due)
• processing royalty reports
• Billing
• Collection Calls
• Create & maintain Billing / Collection status reports
• Posting of Payments
• Process Credit Memo
• Performs other duties as assigned
