Description

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join a team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing key financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries to support decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations in all processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
