Our client, a
Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Sr. Accounting Analyst on a 12-month contract. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role involves a balanced focus on General Ledger accounting and Cash accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
General Ledger Accounting (50%) : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Analyze account variances and investigate discrepancies. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required.
Cash Accounting (50%) :
Monitor and record daily cash transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and international funds
