Job descriptionAssociates degree or related experience preferred with at least 2 years in accounting. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
Position : Accounts Receivable & Payable
Location : Claremore OK
Pay : $20 / hr
Schedule : Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM
Type : Temp to Hire
Responsibilities :
- Process invoices and payments by verifying and scheduling transactions and preparing disbursements.
- Prepare and send invoices compute charges and refunds and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile statements maintain ledgers and resolve any account discrepancies.
- Generate financial reports by analyzing account data and trends.
- Ensure financial security by adhering to internal controls and completing regular backups.
