Job Description
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis and treasury management to the Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting with additional capabilities in financial analysis, development and maintenance of financial forecasts, and the ability to identify and streamline processes. An understanding of cash flow, treasury, General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes is critical to the success of this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to manage the Company's cash position
- Investigate and resolve cash flow bottlenecks, maintain banking relationships and monitor transactions.
- Provide management and oversight to company Accounts Payable staff, working closely to maintain liquidity for operational needs
- Maintain and reconcile select GL & balance sheet accounts
- Participate in additional accounting functions as assigned, including audit support, ad-hoc projects, the preparation of financial statements and analysis as needed.
Qualifications :
This is a full-time position offering competitive salary, excellent benefits and hybrid flexibility after the training period. Candidates must be within reasonable proximity to the Napa area, relocation assistance will not be offered. Salary range of $100-115k will be offered dependent on qualifications and level of experience.
