Accounting manager Jobs in Athens ga

Our client, a leading global provider of cloud-based software solutions, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a 3+ month contract role. This is fully remote.

The main tasks will be to review JE's, review reconciliations, assist with flux analysis prep and review, quarterly close reporting prep / review and other ad hoc accounting manager tasks. This is a self-starter who should be able to be given something to review and will know how to figure it out and know what to look for.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

3 years in a supervisory role.

Public Accounting experience highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Pay Rate : $55-60.00 / hr depending on experience, education, and credentials.
