Now hiring an Accounting Manager for our premier manufacturing client in Boise!
Salary : $120-$130k, annually
Hours : 9am-5pm, M-F
Location : Boise, ID 83705
Position Type : Direct Hire
Position Summary : Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the accounting and reporting activities for the Company. The Accounting manager will lead the month-end close and reporting process into OneStream for all Company entities, including the review and approval of account reconciliations, review of balance sheet analyses, and quarterly SOX analysis, directing the activities of the General Ledger Team. The Accounting Manager will direct the activities of the General Ledger Team, serve as a key partner providing financial expertise, recommendations, and solutions to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting.
Essential Responsibilities :

- Manage the senior accountants (site controllers) who are responsible for financial reporting and operations support for their respective location(s)
- Provide career development opportunities, conduct performance evaluations, and lead annual goal setting
- Coordinate training for current and new accounting staff
Month-end and quarter-end close process
