Accountant-Property Manager

We are in need of an Accountant-Property Manager who will be responsible for the full scope of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Proficiency with Yardi is essential for managing financials, tenant records, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• Oversee leasing activities : marketing units, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements
• Use Yardi to manage tenant records, process payments, and generate reports
• Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease compliance
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services
• Maintain communication with tenants to resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and track property performance metrics
• Ensure properties are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
