Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist with a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop. This position requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and generating reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• QuickBooks Desktop Management :

Manage and maintain daily accounting tasks within QuickBooks Desktop, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

Review, classify, and record financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Generate periodic financial reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting.

Work closely with other departments to ensure shared financial workflow data is accurate and updated.
