Job Description : Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, and transactional accounting. A solid understanding of the full accounting cycle is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities :

Perform high-volume data entry and process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice and payment processing.

Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of all transactions.

Identify and address discrepancies in financial data, flagging any issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with campuses to gather missing details for transactions.

Navigate external websites and online platforms to retrieve relevant data and reports as needed.
