NOW HIRING : ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR – IN PHILADELPHIA

Position Overview :

Seeking an experienced accounting professional with strong leadership skills to oversee the accounting department. Specializing in assisting legal professionals by ensuring all financial documentation is handled with precision and efficiency.

As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing the accounts payable / receivable functions. This includes overseeing vendor payments, expense vouchers, cash receipts, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise in financial accuracy and compliance will play a key role in supporting our operations.

Accounting Supervisor Job Details :

  • Start date : IMMEDIATE – Don't wait, apply now!

  • Schedule :   Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Pay Rate :  $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)

Accounting Supervisor Job Description :

  • Supervise the accounts payable / receivable team to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolves issues promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable / receivable reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Train employees, plan and direct their work, and evaluate productivity.
  • Address employee concerns, provide guidance, and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Manage customer relationships to foster positive communication regarding payments.

    • Accounting Supervisor Job Requirements :

  • Experience : 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Accounting / Finance Background : 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on accounts payable / receivable management.
  • Skills : Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and deep knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred.
