Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:

  • Anchorage, AK Department: Fiduciary Type: Full-Time, In Office, not a remote position Do you take pride in following through and keeping things on track?
  • Are you someone who communicates clearly, holds expectations, and ensures work is completed consistently?
  • Peak Trust Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the ongoing management of fiduciary account billing and ensure consistency in how payment expectations are maintained across the firm.
  • This role plays an important part in keeping fiduciary administration running smoothly.
  • You will work closely with fiduciary officers, finance, and operations to ensure accounts remain current, communication is consistent, and accounts that are no longer aligned are transitioned appropriately.
  • Success in this role comes from consistency, organization, and the ability to follow through—ensuring that expectations are clear and outcomes are completed.
  • What You’ll Do Monitor account balances and aging reports to identify follow-up needs Communicate with clients and authorized representatives regarding outstanding balances Maintain consistent, professional follow-up to keep accounts current Partner with internal teams to determine next steps when accounts fall outside expectations Coordinate payment collection and confirm receipt of funds Support account transitions or closures when appropriate Maintain clear and accurate documentation of communication and account status Work cross-functionally to ensure accounts are managed consistently and efficiently What Success Looks Like Accounts are actively managed and remain current Communication is clear, consistent, and professional Follow-up is timely, reliable, and complete Issues are addressed proactively with minimal escalation Internal teams are supported by a structured and dependable process What You Bring Comfort having clear, professional conversations around expectations Strong follow-through—you complete what you start Organization and attention to detail Ability to remain steady and professional in all interactions Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams Experience in accounts receivable, billing, banking, financial services, or client account management is helpful but not required.
