We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Healthcare / NHS industry for an Accounts Payable role based in Irving, Texas. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and maintaining all tasks related to accounts payable, ensuring efficient data entry, and handling invoice processing.

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices
• Managing all aspects of accounts payable (AP)
• Conducting regular check runs as part of the role
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts on a regular basis
• Accurately coding invoices for better record management
• Handling data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Utilizing Excel, Concur, and Great Plains Accounting for various tasks
• Resolving any issues or inquiries related to customer accounts
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required
• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Healthcare / NHS industry.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.
• Solid experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Must have a strong background in executing Check Runs.
• Expertise in Coding Invoices is crucial.
• Excellent Data Entry skills are necessary.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must.
• Proficiency in using Excel is expected.
• Familiarity with Concur software is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting software is highly preferred.
