We're looking for a B2B Collections Specialist to join our growing AR team in a brand-new, modern office in Olathe. What You'll Do

• Make professional outbound collection calls while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor and manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on payment arrangements or delinquencies.
• Evaluate credit reports to establish or adjust credit lines for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing disputes and credit claims.
• Use Excel and accounting software to analyze aging reports and manage account activity.
• Handle light billing through web-based portals and assist with payment processing issues.
• Review customer orders multiple times daily to ensure timely release based on payment history.
• Research and resolve short-paid invoices and send requested documentation to customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
