System One is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Lead with experience overseeing and managing the day-to-day functions of both the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. This role ensures the timely processing of payments and collections, maintains accurate financial records, and leads a small team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise the accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with vendors and clients.
Review and approve invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure that accounts are accurately maintained.
Prepare financial reports for month-end and year-end closing.
Assist in training and mentoring team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable with leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
