Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in West Palm Beach. This is a contract-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate of $20-$23 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process in a high-volume environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and review a high volume of invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods or services.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
