Customer Accounts Advisor

Aaron's Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership. Skills for success include connecting and relating well to people, demonstrating empathy, listening attentively, explaining things simply and easily, and successfully navigating difficult conversations. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation and persuasion skills are necessary. The work includes :

• Attainment and upkeep of customers' accounts including maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone.
• Selling customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
• Assisting the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assisting with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Cleaning and certifying merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
• Completing and maintaining weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
• Loading, securing and protecting product in company vehicle.
• Safely operating company vehicle.
• Assisting the Sales Team as needed.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. Benefits vary based on FT and PT employment status.
