Accounts Receivable Leadership Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee a high-performing team responsible for portfolio management, client relationships, and the development of internal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and solutions-driven leader who enjoys guiding teams, optimizing systems, and partnering with stakeholders to drive strong financial outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors and accounts receivable professionals to ensure alignment with performance and service expectations.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of business-to-business (B2B) receivables, including reconciliations, dispute resolution, unapplied credits, and collections.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish, refine, and enforce policies and processes aimed at improving portfolio health and minimizing financial exposure.
- Monitor and ensure team compliance with company and client standards for productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics, portfolio status, and operational health to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and occasional on-site visits (travel component approximately 20%).
- Support hiring and talent development to maintain a high-performing and engaged team environment.
