Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our end-to-end accounts payable process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining positive vendor relationships, and enforcing corporate policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) process, including timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving teams.
• Identify and document root causes of payment delays and errors, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Enforce corporate credit card policy, including card setup, fraud monitoring, and monthly statement review and posting.
• Enforce travel and expense policy, facilitating approvals and payments.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for accounts payable and other relevant accounts.
• Assist with external financial statement audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including annual 1099 filings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 / hr.
