If you're trading from Gresham, your local clock does most of the scheduling work for you. The Pacific time zone gives you the longest viable FX day in the US — the Asian close, the full European session, and the New York open all unfold through the morning, with peak liquidity hitting before lunch. Building a sustainable trading routine is half the battle for funded traders, and Gresham's schedule supports that.
