Description
Dandelion is Euronet’s global payments platform, enabling banks, fintech's, and financial institutions to send real-time cross-border payments to bank accounts, wallets, and cash locations in more than 170 countries. Built on decades of compliance and payments expertise, Dandelion powers transparent, instant, and reliable international money movement. About the Role We are looking for a Compliance SME, Americas to oversee the regulatory and operational aspects of how financial institutions and fintech's connect to the Dandelion platform. You will evaluate risk, interpret regional regulations, and help design control frameworks that support safe and scalable growth across the region. The role is both strategic and hands-on, working closely with product, legal, and partner teams. What You Will Do Partner onboarding and control design
- Lead compliance oversight for the onboarding of financial institutions and fintech partners to the Dandelion network
- Assess partner risk profiles, payment flows, and regulatory considerations across the Americas
- Evaluate existing control environments and define enhancements needed to safeguard the network
- Provide structured compliance input into onboarding decisions through written risk assessments and formal approvals Regulatory assessment and advisory
- Interpret US federal and state MSB requirements, including BSA / AML program rules, OFAC, consumer protection, and Regulation E
- Assess the regulatory impact of different commercial and operational models, including correspondent and payout structures
- Track regulatory developments across the Americas and translate them into actionable product and operational guidance Third-party and partner relationships
- Act as the primary compliance point of contact for banking and fintech partners across the region
- Participate in discussions with partners, auditors, and regulators to explain Dandelion’s controls and expectations
- Review and maintain compliance documentation, partner attestations, and due-diligence records About You
- Strong background in compliance, AML, or regulatory affairs within payments, fintech, or banking
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, correspondent banking, and US MSB regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex compliance topics for non-experts
