We're Hiring : Accounts Payable Manager

Are you a detail-oriented finance leader who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and team development? We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full scope of our AP function and lead a high-performing team committed to operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll be the strategic point of contact for all AP activities—ensuring that vendor payments are accurate and timely, guiding your team, and streamlining processes for maximum effectiveness.
Core responsibilities include :
Managing and mentoring the Accounts Payable team
Reviewing and approving vendor invoices and payments
Maintaining up-to-date vendor records, W-9s, and preparing 1099s
Addressing vendor and internal payment inquiries professionally and promptly
Collaborating with departments and subsidiaries to manage vendor relationships and contract terms
Implementing process improvements and maintaining compliance with financial controls
Assisting with audits and ensuring documentation accuracy
Leading special projects and cross-functional finance initiatives
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
4–5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
In-depth knowledge of payment processing, vendor relations, and financial recordkeeping
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Preferred Experience
2–3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
Confidence reviewing invoices, resolving vendor issues, and optimizing workflows
Familiarity with expense coding, automation tools, and process documentation
