We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals who want to make an IMPACT every day to help us execute on our mission of reshaping the world of time-critical logistics. / ph3Job Requirements / h3ulliOversee daily operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credits, and payments. / liliEnsure all invoices are processed in compliance with company policies and internal controls. / liliTrack and report key AP metrics on a weekly basis to support cash flow management and process improvement. / liliPerform weekly reconciliations of payment runs to confirm that disbursed cash aligns with approved payables and system records. / liliManage internal and external AP escalations, maintaining clear and professional communication with vendors. / liliMonitor the accounts payable aging reports, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate vendors in bad standing. / liliSupervise, train, and mentor a team of 2-4 direct reports. / liliOwn and monitor our global credit profile, regularly updating the CFO on the companys credit standing. / liliReconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger. / liliAssist with financial reporting and provide supporting documentation related to accounts payable for internal and external audits. / liliCollaborate with accounting to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes. / liliDevelop, implement, and maintain AP policies and procedures. / liliStrengthen AP related internal controls to minimize risk and improve operational efficiency. / liliManage 1099 processing for independent contractors. / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) / liliMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role. / liliExperience with an AP software required, bill.com experience preferred. / liliPrevious experience in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry is preferred. / liliStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., NetSuite). / liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. / liliDetail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. / liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. / liliStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills. / liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills / li / ulpSalary Range : $75-80k Dependent upon experience / ph3Core Values / h3ulliWe are One Team.
