AP Administrative Assistant
This position is responsible for processing all mail, printing checks, scanning invoices, scanning and depositing checks for the property accounting department. This position is 100% in office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive all property accounting mail. Scanning all incoming items to appropriate person.
- Process all outgoing checks. Printing and sending out all checks via mail or expedited shipping service.
- Deposit all incoming property accounting checks.
- Handle all returned items including but not limited to resident refunds.
- Maintain organized filing system for any items requiring follow-up or retention.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues
promptly.
