Job Title : Accounts Receivable Processor
Location : Honolulu, HI

Pay Rate : $46,800 per year
Overview :
Join a reputable Honolulu company as an Accounts Receivable Processor . This direct hire role involves billing, collections, reconciliation, and COBRA compliance under the guidance of the Billing Manager. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities :
Collect delinquent premiums and manage accounts at risk.
Provide customer support on billing, COBRA, and eligibility issues.
Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
Process mail, online service support, and document management.
Identify ways to improve efficiency and enhance services.
Qualifications :
Education : Certificate in Accounting or equivalent education / experience preferred.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in Accounts Receivable or Accounting; customer service experience is a plus.
Skills : Strong analytical abilities, confidentiality with HIPAA, and proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
