Accounts Payable Specialist

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail driven Accounts Payable Specialist to support one of the most respected names in the aerospace industry. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth, accurate financial operationssupporting employees, suppliers, customers, and business leaders who rely on precise, timely accounting processes. About the Role

Type : Full-Time, Consultant (10 month assignment) Location : Wichita, KS 67210 Onsite Required Schedule : MondayFriday (1st shift; exact hours determined post hire) Pay Rate : $32.14 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Process accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness.
• Review financial documents, invoices, and reports for accuracy and compliance with established requirements.
• Perform basic reconciliations and verify financial data.
• Coordinate with employees, suppliers, customers, and cross functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support activities related to cost analysis, estimating, payroll, travel accounting, and disbursement control.
• Utilize SAP and other invoicing systems to process and track financial data effectively.
