Essential Job Functions

• Supervise day-to-day operations related to shingle production or installation.
• Coordinate and lead a team of technicians, roofers, or production workers.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout all stages of the process.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and OSHA standards are met.
• Schedule labor and resources to meet project timelines or production quotas.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of work and materials.
• Train and mentor staff on proper procedures and equipment use.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with maintenance or engineering teams to resolve problems.
• Communicate with managers, clients, or contractors regarding job progress and any concerns.
• Maintain records of production, quality, and safety metrics.
