Job descriptionAccounts Receivable Oversight : Handle the end-to-end AR cycle, which includes generating invoices, posting payments, and reconciling accounts. Collections Management : Reach out to clients with past-due balances, arrange payment schedules when necessary, and resolve billing disputes. Client Support : Respond to customer questions with professionalism while ensuring concerns are resolved promptly. Account Balancing : Perform routine reconciliations of customer accounts, correcting discrepancies as they arise. Reporting & Analysis : Compile AR aging reports, track collection progress, and share updates with management. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales and customer service to resolve matters that could delay collections. Policy & Compliance : Follow company standards and regulatory requirements related to receivables and collections. Minimum of 5 years in accounts receivable, including hands-on experience with cash application. Customer Relations : Strong ability to manage sensitive payment discussions and successfully negotiate resolutions. Communication Skills : Clear and effective verbal and written communication. Accuracy : Careful attention to detail in financial entries and reconciliations. Problem-Solving : Capable of troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies quickly. Technical Skills : Comfortable using accounting systems along with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
