Job description
A company is looking for an AR Specialist in Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and distributes billing invoices with supporting documentation
Applies cash payments daily and ensures sub-ledger and general ledger are balanced
Performs month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1-3 years of accounting / bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of automated General Ledger systems (PeopleSoft preferred)
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
