Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely and accurate recording.
• Oversee commercial collections activities, following up with clients on overdue invoices.
• Apply payments to customer accounts through proper cash application procedures.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts for discrepancies, addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing functions and resolve customer inquiries.
• Generate regular reports to track receivables and collection metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and communication for audit purposes.
• Support month-end closing processes by providing accurate accounts receivable data.
• Assist in identifying process improvements for enhanced efficiency in receivables management.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash applications.
• Proficiency in managing billing functions and financial reconciliation.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
